Tabitha is deeply committed to supporting individuals as they work towards their goals, build confidence and navigate the many challenges life can bring. Her mentoring approach is shaped by a powerful blend of professional insight and personal experience, grounded in over a decade of working in the disability sector - as well as her journey as a mother to daughters, including one with Autism and an intellectual disability.
She truly understands the everyday realities of advocacy, emotional overwhelm and the resilience it takes to keep moving forward. Her lived experience of birth trauma and serious obstetric complications has further deepened her empathy and insight, giving her a heartfelt understanding of what it means to rebuild, refocus and live with intention.
Tabitha also brings the perspective of a Writer who values the healing and empowering potential of storytelling. She helps others explore and shape their personal narratives - whether to support healing, build self-awareness or find confidence in sharing their voice.
Her sessions are based on mentoring rather than counselling or therapy, and she is currently completing her studies in Counselling (graduating in 2025). Tabitha's work is grounded in lived experience, personal development tools and compassionate, goal-oriented conversation.
Tabitha offers mentoring via telehealth and supports both private clients and NDIS participants. She has a particular passion for working with children and teens aged 10 and over, as well as women of all ages and life stages.
Some of the areas she can assist with include:
– Building confidence and self-esteem
– Staying motivated and working toward achievable goals
– Coping with change, school transitions or new routines
– Developing everyday life skills
– Managing emotional overwhelm or burnout
– Setting boundaries and strengthening communication
– Reconnecting with values, passions and sense of purpose
– Writing and reflecting on one’s personal story
Each session with Tabitha is warm, collaborative and tailored to the individual’s unique experience.
She believes everyone deserves to feel empowered and supported on their journey and considers it a privilege to walk alongside those ready to take that next step.
