Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating the impact of trauma, grieving someone important, facing relationship difficulties or trying to make sense of life's challenges, taking that first step can feel overwhelming. Kerri aims to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, feel heard and begin working towards meaningful change.

As a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (MACA), Kerri has supported adults through some of life's most difficult experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic and family violence, addiction, grief, and relationship challenges.

Clients often describe Kerri as warm, compassionate and easy to talk to. Her gentle approach helps people feel comfortable discussing even the most difficult parts of their lives, without fear of judgement.

Kerri understands that no two people experience challenges in the same way. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works collaboratively with each client to understand what's happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.

Whether you're looking to discuss past experiences, strengthen your relationships or simply feel more like yourself again, sessions are tailored to your individual goals and pace.

She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard, and considers it a privilege to support anyone on their journey towards improved wellbeing, resilience and personal growth.
