Reports are usually completed within 4-6 weeks, and you’ll receive a copy for your own records - ready to share with your GP, school or support team if needed.

Unfortunately, Mental Health Care Plans don’t cover psychological assessments. They can only be used for therapy sessions with a Psychologist or Counsellor.

However, if you’d like to access therapy support after your assessment, we can help you organise that under your Mental Health Care Plan or discuss other options that suit your situation.

Yes! For clients aged 16+, assessments can be completed via Telehealth from the comfort of your home.

You’ll still receive the same thorough, supportive assessment process and a detailed report - just without needing to travel.

All assessments are conducted by qualified and experienced Psychologists.
